About us

CreativAI Shop (shop.creativai.ai) is operated by Paweł Kłopotowski, an individual seller based in Poland.

Products & licensing

Most products are self-hosted PHP applications sold under a one-time, lifetime license: you pay once, receive the full source code, and may run it on the number of domains covered by your chosen license tier (single site, multi-site, developer, or agency — see each product page for details). The CreativAI Marketing Platform is a separate, hosted SaaS product billed as a recurring subscription (see its product page and marketing.creativai.ai/pricing for current plans).

Payment

Self-hosted products are priced in EUR; the CreativAI Marketing Platform subscription is billed in USD. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal.

Delivery

Self-hosted products are delivered as an instant digital download and license key once payment is confirmed. The Marketing Platform is accessed directly at marketing.creativai.ai after signup.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for installing, configuring, and securing self-hosted products on your own server, and for keeping your license key confidential.

Liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
