A ready-to-use PHP application that parses the official spispna.pdf file from the Polish Post Office and builds a searchable database of ~115,000 postal codes: cities, streets, communities, counties and voivodeships.
A built-in search (by postal code, city or street), an embeddable public widget, and a token-based REST API let you integrate postal-code data into any website or application. The dashboard shows database status and query statistics.
Zero external dependencies (no Composer), a modern Tabler.io admin panel, and a one-click installer. Drop the folder on your hosting, run install.php and you are done.
