Who we are

CreativAI Shop (shop.creativai.ai) is operated by Paweł Kłopotowski, an individual seller based in Poland. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@creativai.ai.

Data we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, and billing details. Payment card and PayPal account details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) — we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use your data

We use this data to fulfil your order, deliver your license and software download, provide support, and send you transactional emails (order confirmation, license keys, update notices). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors necessary to run the shop: Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), and our hosting and email delivery providers. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and applicable data processing agreements.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@creativai.ai.

Data retention

We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as required for accounting and tax obligations under Polish law.
