Instant digital delivery
Our self-hosted products are delivered immediately as a digital download once payment is confirmed. Under EU consumer protection law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once performance of a digital product has begun with your express request and acknowledgment that you thereby lose that right.
Refund eligibility
Even so, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a refund if: the product is materially not as described on its product page, your license key does not work and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time, or you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).
How to request a refund
Email contact@creativai.ai with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.
